1. Contact Facility
   This website provides a contact facility whereby you can submit your contact details and all other information you wish for us to pass on to independent contractor third-party product and/or service providers (“Provider(s)”) for the purpose of those Providers contacting you directly, independently and autonomously of us & this website (“we/us/our”).
2. Nature of Facility
   Upon submission, we will, as a free introduction facility, relay all of your submitted information to your selected Provider(s). Thereafter, all discussions, negotiations, relationships or arrangements between you and any Provider are conducted entirely independently and outside of our involvement or association.
3. Eligibility
   You confirm you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into agreements and use this facility.
4. Data Handling and GDPR Compliance

• • By submitting your information, you consent to us processing and transmitting your information to your selected Provider(s) solely for the purpose of enabling those Providers to contact you about their products and/or services.
  • We will not use your submitted information for any other purpose, nor will they be shared with any other third party.

5. Consent to Electronic Communications and Dispute Resolution
   By using this facility, you consent to electronic communications from us and from Providers. All disputes arising from or related to these provisions, your use of the facility, or any introduction made directly or indirectly using this facility shall be resolved exclusively by and between you and the Provider(s), and you waive all rights to seek or oblige us to participate therein.
6. Prohibited Activities
   You agree not to:

• submit false, inaccurate or misleading information;
• use this facility in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive manner;
• misrepresent your identity, status or your relationship with any Provider or with us.

7. No Warranty
   We provide this facility “as is” without any guarantee, warranty, representation, condition, recommendation, or endorsement (whether express, implied, or statutory), including without limitation as to merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, non-infringement, or that any information, products or services are error-free, safe, or suitable for any particular purpose.
8. No Association or Endorsement
   We are not a partner, joint venturer, agent, fiduciary, employer of, or affiliated, associated, or otherwise connected with any Provider. The inclusion of any Provider does not constitute or imply any such relationship or endorsement or recommendation by us.

9. No Agency or Partnership
   Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or in your use of this facility shall be deemed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, or employment relationship between us and any Provider, or between us and you or any user of the facility. You agree that no agency, partnership, or joint venture exists between you and us, or you and any Provider, by virtue of use of this facility.
10. Limitation of Liability
    By using this facility you acknowledge and agree that:

• our role is solely as an immune facilitating introducer.
• we are not a party to, and accept no responsibility or liability of any kind (whether in contract, tort including negligence, statutory duty, or otherwise), for any contact, contract, agreement, advice, service, product, or loss arising out of or in connection with the relationship between you and any Provider.
• to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for, nor shall we be implicated or joined in, any claim, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive, incidental, exemplary damages, or loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, reputation, data, or opportunity) arising from or in connection with any Provider, introduction, or third-party product/service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of the legal or equitable theory.
• this limitation forms an essential basis of your use of the facility. If any provision herein is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect..

12. Release and Waiver
    By using this facility and submitting your information for passing on, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever, arising out of any dealings between you and any Provider introduced via this facility.
13. No Joinder or Participation in Proceedings
    By using this facility you expressly agree not to join us as a party, co-defendant, or third party in any legal proceedings, claims, or actions you may pursue against any Provider, and you waive any right to do so to the fullest extent permitted by law. You further agree that you will not seek contribution or indemnity from us in relation to any demand, claim, or cause of action against any Provider.
14. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
15. Severability/Supremacy
    If any provision of this exclusion or limitation of liability is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remainder of the provision (and all other provisions) shall remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable or invalid provision(s) or part(s) thereof will be replaced by one(s) closest in effect.
16. Acceptance of Terms
    By using this facility and submitting your information, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
17. Updates to Terms
    We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of this facility constitutes acceptance of any revised terms, which will be effective immediately upon posting.
