Anne Heenan is the High Court Probate Officer. She spent all of her Civil Service career to date in the Courts Service, initially spending 11 years in the Probate Office before taking a secondment opportunity with the HSE for 4 years. On her return to the Courts Service in 2010, Anne served in a number of different offices, including the Reform and Development Directorate and the Carlow Combined Court Office. She spent 2 years as Court Registrar in the Court of Appeal before returning to the Probate Office in 2017 as Deputy Probate Officer, and was permanently appointed to the position of Probate Officer in October 2023.
