Eugene Hanly is a Rights Commissioner with the Labour Relations Commission since 2007.
He has over 35 years experience in Human Resource Management & Development in both the Private and Public Sector, and was Director of H.R. with Roches Stores for over 20 years.
Eugene holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University UK, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. He is also a Corporate Member of the Irish Institute of Training & Development.
Eugene also operates as an independent HR Consultant concentrating on investigations, arbitration and mediation.
