‘An Engineer’s Valuable Insight Into The Buying Process’
When buying property, it takes a team of professionals to help protect the purchaser. We are the players who interrogate the documentary title against what’s on the ground, while other team mates expertly scrutinise the physical property itself against the relevant Regulations. And we have one thing in common – we are all goalkeepers!
This webinar will be relevant to both Conveyancing and Litigation colleagues (from veterans to apprentices) interested in getting a broader perspective of the full buying process, beyond performing their particular legal conveyancing role.
This 48-minute presentation gives a highly experienced engineer’s valuable perspective of the steps that purchasers should follow when buying property, illustrated by his anecdotal case studies and hypothetical buyer’s journey he brings us on from start to finish.
