The training will cover relevant case law and best practice approaches to managing employees on topics such as Probation Management, Disciplinary & Grievance, and Exit Management.

She is a HR and Employment Law Expert, and is a former member of the Low Pay Commission. A trained Mediator, Caroline is also an adjudicator in the Work Place Relations Commission.
